PicResize
PicResize is the easiest online tool for cropping, resizing or editing your images. You can upload an image from your computer or from a website. This a free and easy tool to help you with images. It explains what to do as you go. I use PicResize when I need a fast easy way to resize a picture.

Photobucket
Photobucket is an online photo storage website. This is a free site, it does not cost anything to store you photos on Photobucket. You can however, have your images printed and sent directly to you for a cost.
What I like about Photobucket is that once you upload a photo, that photo will have a URL associated with it. This is helpful when you want to ad an image to your blog. You can add the URL and the image will appear on your blog. Photobucket does the hosting for you so you can upload all your images and share them where every you need them without having to pay for a hosting account.
